SHERBROOKE, QC – Bishop’s University was a busy place on Friday night with three Gaiters teams in action. Both Coulter Field and Mitchell Gymnasium hosted a pair of games, as women’s soccer and rugby fought the elements outside while the Reebok Shoot for the Cure basketball tournament got underway inside.

SHERBROOKE, QC – The Bishop’s Gaiters are busy this weekend as they host a variety of sports on Coulter Field and in Mitchell Gymnasium. Starting on Wednesday through Sunday, 13 games by eight different teams will take place on campus plus the football team will compete in the annual Mayor’s Cup at Sherbrooke.

SHERBROOKE, QC – Bishop’s Gaiters have a relatively light Thanksgiving weekend as the fall teams prepare for the home stretch of their schedules. Football, men’s and women’s rugby and men’s basketball are the teams in action.

SHERBROOKE, QC – Coulter field was the busiest place in Lennoxville on Friday, September 28 as Gaiters teams combined for a triple header. The women’s soccer team was first up and fell 1-0 to the UQAM Citadins. The middle match featured the Gaiters women’s rugby team against the Concordia Stingers. The Stingers came out on top 52-0. The men’s rugby squad also took on the Stingers in the night cap. They fell 17-8. Meanwhile in Drummondville the Gaiters basketball squads faced off against the Ottawa Gee-Gees in exhibition play. The women lost 75-41 while the men won 68-65.

SHERBROOKE, QC – The Bishop’s Gaiters had a tough night on the pitch on Friday as both rugby teams and the women’s soccer team suffered defeats. The rugby teams were at home and fell to McGill while the women’s soccer team lost to Laval in Quebec City.

SHERBROOKE, QC – After a week where Gaiter teams combined to compete in six of seven events outside of Lennoxville, they return home this weekend for five of seven games. The friendly confines of Coulter Field will host all the home action.

SHERBROOKE, QC – Six different Gaiters teams will be in action this weekend. Only one game is on tap at Bishop’s, the rest of the action will take place outside of Lennoxville. The only home action will be when the Lacrosse team hosts the Carleton Ravens on Sunday, September 16 at 1 p.m. at Coulter Field.

LENNOXVILLE, QC – The Bishop’s Lady Gaiters (0-1-1) soccer team fell to the No.2 ranked Montreal Carabins (2-0-0) on Sunday, September 9 by a score of 5-1. It was the Lady Gaiters home opener.
