"Oggie" Glass was a first class athlete, scholar, and adminstrator at Bishop's University for many years. He was a fierce competitor and captained both the football and hockey teams to successful championships years.

He was chosen to enter Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and continued to excel at rugby, tennis and hockey.

Dr. Glass, in 1960, went on to a distinguished career as Principal of Bishop's University

He retired in 1969.
