MCKINNEY, Tx. – Nine different goal scorers found the back of the net for the Bishop's Gaiters as they cruised to a 9-0 win over the Iowa State Cyclones on day two of the ACHA D2 Women's Hockey Nationals in McKinney, Texas on Thursday. The victory moves Bishop's to 2-0 in the event.

A day after controlling the play against Adrian College on Wednesday but only escaping with a 2-1 win, Bishop's rolled on Thursday. Nine different Gaiters scored in the route of the west's fifth seed. Bishop's is No.1 in the East.

The Gaiters are back in action on Friday when they play North Dakota State at 1 p.m. CDT. NDSU was on the ice with Adrian Thursday afternoon. A win Friday and the Gaiters will punch their ticket to the semifinal on Saturday.
