Leadership Pathway

The BU Athletics Excellence in Leadership Program, is being developed and coordinated by women’s soccer head coach Paul Ballard. Ballard, who has a Masters of Arts in Leadership, has implemented a program that strives to assist and empower Gaiter varsity athletes to become next level leaders in sport and life. The framework, which is based off of the Leadership Pipeline that was developed by Ram Charan, provides a platform, where every student-athlete feels valued and supported as they progress through their leadership journey at BU.
