The Anti-Racism and Discrimination Committee at Bishop's University is a group of student athletes who are passionate about making a difference. Together with guidance from men's basketball head coach Rod Gilpin, women's soccer head coach and leadership coordinator, Paul Ballard, football defensive coordinator Fabrice Raymond and former Gaiter and CFL receiver Stephen Adekolu they have created a mission, goals and set of values for the group as well as begun the process of listening, educating, encouraging, and creating an inclusive community.

To date the committee has heard from guest speakers, collaborated with other campus groups, created three separate subcommittees to enhance their value (Branding & Media, External Education & Student-Athlete Education) and planned a virtual gathering, open to all, for February 28 at 5 p.m. Stay tuned for details.

Another Gaiters' Win.
