Coulter Field is getting a facelift! Starting on May 7 and lasting approximately 8 weeks LML Paysagement will be replacing the Field Turf on Coulter Field.
The current turf was originally installed in 2008 and is at the end of its life expectancy. It will be recycled and re-used. The new turf will be built to FIFA and World Rugby standards. There will also be a protective underlay added for increased safety. As part of the project the lighting and speaker systems on Coulter Field will also be refreshed. During the work, a portion of Parking Lot P-1 (adjacent to Coulter Field) will not be accessible. An important note, as of tomorrow morning, the back entrance will be available to park / enter the Sports Centre.

Lastly, the annual campus-wide power shutdown will take place this Saturday (May 8). As such, the Sports Centre will be closed this Saturday all day.
Le Terrain Coulter-Field se refait une beauté ! À partir du 7 mai et pour une durée d'environ 8 semaines, LML Paysagement remplacera sa surface synthétique.
Le gazon actuel a été installé en 2008 et a atteint la fin de sa durée de vie. Il sera recyclé et réutilisé. Le nouveau gazon sera construit selon les normes de la FIFA et de World Rugby. Une sous-couche protectrice sera également ajoutée pour une sécurité accrue. Dans le cadre du projet, l'éclairage et les haut-parleurs seront également mis à niveau. Veuillez prendre note que pendant les travaux, une partie du stationnement (P-1) (adjacent à Terrain du Coulter-Field) ne sera pas accessible. A partir de demain matin, l'entrée arrière sera disponible pour stationner / entrer dans le Centre sportif.

Enfin, l'interruption annuelle de l'alimentation électrique sur le campus aura lieu ce samedi le 8 mai. De ce fait, le Centre sportif sera fermé ce samedi toute la journée.
