The Gaiters women's basketball team took on the Concordia Stingers in Montreal on Thursday night. Bishop's continued the momentum from their season-opening win as they started the game hot. They led 36-22 after the first half, and extended their lead to 23 for a 63-40 lead after 3 quarters of play. The offence was clicking all night and the Gaiters made it look easy, taking home an 82-56 victory. 

For Bishop's... 

...Jennifer Louis (Montreal, Que./Cegep Edouard-Montpetit) led the way for Bishop's with 21 points on 7/11 shooting. 

...Victoria Gauna (Mendoza, Argentina) had another big game with 19 points, 8 rebounds and an assist. 

…Amaiquen Siciliano (Buenos Aires, Argentina/Velez Sarsfield) put her touch on this game as well with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.

The Gaiters will host the Laval Rouge et Or next Thursday, Nov. 17th. Tip-off is set for 6PM.
