Bishop's was in Montreal on Friday night, looking to continue the early-season momentum they have had in 2022 against the McGill Martlets. The game started on the wrong foot, with McGill striking first before taking a 2-1 lead into the break. The second period slowed the game down, where much of it was played in the neutral zone. The Gaiters flipped the script in the third, registering 17 shots to the Martlets 3. Bishop's tied the game at 2-2 and the game went to overtime. 4-on-4 solved nothing, but in the 3-on-3 period, the Gaiters continued their onslaught and managed to squeak out a 3-2 win.

…Angelique Pagé scored the game-tying goal with 5:21 to go in the 3rd 
...Ann-Sophie Bedard scored the game-opener and game-winner for the Gaiters
