LENNOXVILLE – The Montreal Carabins used a late power play goal to break a deadlock and propel them to a 3-2 win over the Bishop's Gaiters on Sunday afternoon in Lennoxville.
The loss drops Bishop's to 5-2-2 while the Carabins improve to 6-2-1.

Jamie Aspropotamitis (Richmond, Ont./Sacred Heart H.S.) fired home her third of the year for the Gaiters at the 15:37 mark of the first period as the Gaiters had an extra attacker on a delayed penalty
…Aspropotamits banged home her second of the game after a strong play from Angelique Page to keep the play alive at the 7:35 mark of the second stanza
…Jade Picard picked the top corner to tie the game once again as the teams went into the second intermission
…Picard scored her second of the game on the power play with 4:19 remaining to give the Carabins the win
