The Gaiters traveled to Montreal on Sunday afternoon to face off against the McGill Martlets who have been hot early this semester. On the other hand, the Gaiters were coming off a 3-game losing streak and looking to turn it around. The Martlets opened the scoring in the first period, but 2 quick goals from the Gaiters made it 2-1 at the first pause. The second period was a lot quieter, but Bishop's managed to put another one in the back of the net and make it 3-1 heading into the third. The Gaiters really found their stride in the third period where they added another 3 goals, snapping their losing streak and winning 6-1.
