Box Score MONTREAL – The Montreal Carabins evened the best of three RESQ Semifinal on Saturday afternoon in Montreal after a 4-1 victory over the Bishop's Gaiters.
 
The Gaiters fell behind 17 seconds into the game but battled back to even the score at one when Neleh Vigneau Sargeant (Lake Loon, NS/Lockview H.S.) tipped in an Eliane Michaud (St-Gabriel-de-Valcartier, QC/) point shot late in the first period.
 
Both teams had chances throughout the second stanza.  Montreal was able to find the back of the net in the waning moments to grab a 2-1 lead through 40 minutes.
 
The hosts added to their lead midway through the third then scored an empty net goal to make the final 4-1.
 
The result ties the best of three series 1-1.  Game three takes place on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. in the Jane and Eric Molson Arena.  Tickets are available at www.gaiters.ca/tickets.
