Fred played for Canada in both 15s and 7s between the years of 1999 and 2004.  Capped 15 times for team Canada xv and having scored 63 tries on the World Sevens circuit on the World Sevens circuit, Fred has serious experience at the elite level having also played for Northland province in New Zealand's NPC.  Fred will lead our 7s program and focus on holistic attack with 15s.
