SHERBROOKE, Que. – The Bishop's University Gaiters have a packed weekend ahead of them.  The women's soccer team will host UQAM on Friday at 7 p.m. and Concordia Sunday at 3 p.m.  Men's rugby will be in Montreal on Saturday for a 3 p.m. kick off with McGill.  Lacrosse will be in Ontario to face Trent at 5 p.m. on Saturday and Queen's on Sunday at 12 p.m.  The women's rugby team will travel to Ottawa for a 3:30 p.m. start on Sunday.  The golf team will be playing in the RSEQ championship in Laval on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at Laval-sur-le-Lac Golf Club. 
 
The Lady Gaiters soccer team (0-8-0) will host UQAM (1-4-3) on Friday night at 7 p.m. on Coulter Field and Concordia (2-3-3) on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m.  In their previous meeting the Gaiters fell 3-0 to UQAM.  Bishop's started their 2014 season against Concordia, losing 2-0 in Montreal.  The Gaiters have six games left to play as they opened the second half of the season with a loss to Sherbrooke (6-2-0) on Monday night. Both games this weekend can be viewed live online at www.gaiters.ca/webcast.
 
Men's rugby (2-1) will face McGill (2-1) for the first time this season at 3 p.m. on Saturday in Montreal.  The two teams are tied atop the RSEQ standings with Concordia (2-1). The Gaiters are coming of a 28-0 win over Montreal (1-2) while McGill beat Sherbrooke (1-3) 41-20 this past weekend. 
 
Lacrosse (4-2) will travel into Ontario to play Trent (2-5) on Saturday at 5 p.m. and Queen's (4-3) on Sunday at 12 p.m.  When Trent and Queen's visited the Lennoxville earlier this year they fell 12-6 and 12-9 respectively to the Gaiters. 
 
The Lady Gaiters rugby team (0-5) will be in the nation's capital for a 3:30 p.m. game on Sunday.  The No. 6 Ottawa Gee-Gees are undefeated so far this season and currently sit alone atop the RSEQ standings.   
 
The Gaiters golf team will be playing in the RSEQ championships at Laval-sur-le-Lac Golf Club. The three-day tournament swings into action on Sunday, followed by rounds on Monday and Tuesday. Bishop's men sit in fifth spot out of 12 teams and the women are in fourth out of five teams heading into the final event.
