SHERBROOKE, Que. – The Bishop's Gaiters women's rugby team fell to the Sherbrooke Vert et Or across-town on Thursday night.  The Vert et Or led 17-5 at the half before rolling to a 48-10 victory.

Bishop's Beat:
Kyra Grate finished off a nice run from the forwards in the dying minutes of the first half to get the Gaiters on the board. In the second stanza it was Sheila Couture who finished off a nice ball that got out wide from Katie Quinn after a strong run by Taylor Merrithew following a penalty.

The Gaiters 2016 campaign comes to a close next Saturday as they travel to the nation's capital to face the No. 3 Ottawa Gee-Gees.
