Captain
Lee Hudson (Sutton, Que./Champlain-Lennoxville) of Sutton, Que. put the Bishop's Gaiters on the board in the 11
th minute, as the men's rugby team continued their early game dominance as they tried to win their fourth straight. Unfortunately it was the lone major score the Gaiters could muster on Thanksgiving Friday and McGIll went on to a 27-10 victory.
How it happened:
Hudson found the try zone in the 11
th minute and rookie
Ewan Lawton (Halifax, England/Queen Ethelburga's College) converted giving Bishop's the 7-0 lead. McGill answered with a pair of successful penalties including one in the 12
th minute to halt the Gaiters momentum. McGill's first major score happened in the 27
th minute. Bishop's responded with a successful penalty in the 34
th minute after McGill received a yellow card. The Redmen answered as the half came to a close, successfully converting another penalty.
After the break a penalty kick from McGill in the 45
th minute extended their lead and that was the lone score until the 80
th minute. As time was set to expire McGill kicked through another penalty then scored and successfully converted a try to end the game 27-10.

Conversions: E. Lawton
