MONTREAL, Que. –
Josh Bray (Lennoxville, Que./Bishop's College School) scored 11 points for the Gaiters on Friday night in Montreal but it was not enough as the McGill Redmen won 17-13 over Bishop's.
Gaiters Points:
Bray, 1 convert, 2 penalty kicks
William Vendramini (Dorval, Que./John Abbott College), 1 try
How it Happened:
McGill scored two quick tries early on in the match. Bray scored his first points of the night with a penalty kick to get the Gaiters on the board. McGill led 12-3 at halftime. Early in the second half, Bishop's, Vendramini found the end-zone to close the gap. Bray hit another penalty kick, but the Gaiters push was not enough as the Redmen scored another try and held for the 17-13 final.
