MONTREAL –
Maeva Dinalle (Paris, France, Stade Laurentin Basket) led the Gaiters with 16 points on Thursday night as the Gaiters fell 82-59 to the Concordia Stingers in Montreal.
Bishop's found themselves down 9-2 early in the first quarter. A late run at end of the first put the Gaiters down just 19-18.
The Gaiters could not find the hoop until mid-way through the second quarter, by that point Concordia had taken a nine-point lead. The Stingers out-scored Bishop's 26-4 in the quarter to go into the half up 45-22.
The Stingers continued to dominate in the second half, led by Caroline Task who had 12 of her 26 points in the third quarter. Concordia led 69-38 after three quarters.
Bishop's last effort led by Dinalle with six points in the fourth quarter was not enough as the Stingers took the contest 82-59.

Marie-Evrardine Berrouette (Montreal, Que.) had nine points and six rebounds.
Concordia
Aurelie d'Anjou Drouin had 30 points and Caroline Task had 26 points.
