TROIS-RIVIERES, Que. – For the first time in the 2017 season the Bishop's Gaiters women's soccer team played two games in the same weekend. Sunday, they were in Trois-Riveres, Que. to face the UQTR Patriotes.  There were no late game heroics in this one as the hosts humbled the Gaiters by a final of 4-0.

Aidan McGillis (Vankleek Hill, Ont./Vankleek Hill Collegiate) was named Bishop's game MVP
Mehana Heins (Ottawa, Ont./Merivale S.S.) got her fourth start in as many games between the pipes and stopped 10 shots
Bishop's was only able to get four shots of their own on target

Bishop's (0-2-2) hosts No. 6 Montreal (2-0-2) on Friday at 4 p.m. on Coulter Field as part of the 2017 Homecoming festivities.
