Gaiters Fall to Martlets in Montreal

Montreal, Que. – In the first of two games for the Gaiters this weekend in Montreal, Bishop's fell 2-0 to the McGill Martlets on Friday night. 
 
Need to Know:
McGill goals were scored in the 46th and 51st minutes, by Victoria Sturgess and Lisa Perrett respectively.
Mehana Heins made 14 saves, on 16 shots by the Martlets, she was named the MVP for the Gaiters.  Bishop's was only able to get two shots of their own on target, by Larissa Lehmann (Montreal, Que./Dawson College) and Sarah-Kim Bergeron (Calgary, Alta./Bishop Carroll S.S.).

Next Up:
Bishop's (1-4-2) will face Concordia (1-3-3) on Sunday Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. in Montreal.
