Coach's Corner
"It was a great experience playing against D1 competition," said Gaiters' head coach
Dominic Desmarais, who was behind the bench for the first time as a Gaiter. "I was very excited to see us play since we have only been able to practice so far. I was happy to see our commitment level and it was great to build our identity as a team.
"
Jess Belanger (Sherbrooke, Que./Champlain College-Lennoxville) and
Arianne Charette (Ste-Agathe, Que./Winchendon School) had great weekends as well as our two goalies. It was great to see our team step up as a whole on defence."
