SHERBROOKE, Que.  – The Bishop's Gaiters women's rugby squad is off to Quebec City this weekend to face No.3 Laval Rouge et Or at 4 p.m. on Saturday. 
 
Bishop's (0-2-0) is coming off a 50-25 loss to Concordia (1-1-0) this past weekend at home on Coulter Field. 
 
Erika Scott (Dewittville, Que./John Abbott College) led the Gaiters with three tries for 15 points in the match.  She was named MVP for the Gaiters and Provigo, Robert Lafond Bishop's University Athlete of the Week for her dominating performance.   
 
Laval (1-1-0) beat McGill (0-2-0) 79-0 but lost to No.1 Ottawa 24-12 in their first game of the season. 
 
Head Coach Tom Whyld:
"The players are excited for the weekend and are looking for another opportunity to continue with our development that has been strong through the early parts of the season. We are aiming to build on a great performance last game against Concordia, brick by brick building our house."
