MONTREAL – The Bishop's Gaiters men's rugby team dropped a 23-12 decision to McGill in Montreal on Saturday afternoon at Percival Molson Stadium in RSEQ University action.
 
Tyler Murphy (Bromont, Que./Massey Vanier H.S.) and Mario Jonker (Saint Maarten/Caribbean International Academy) each scored a try and Murphy booted a convert to account for the Gaiters scoring in the loss. Monty Weatherall kicked two conversion and three penalties to lead the way for McGill.
 
The loss drops Bishop's to 2-3 on the year, while McGill improves to 4-1.
 
The Gaiters will close out the regular season next Sunday when the travel to Concordia to face the league-leading Stingers (4-0).
