LENNOXVILLE, Que. – The Bishop's Gaiters lacrosse team will hit the road to North Bay, Ont. for a CUFLA Playoff match up with the Nipissing Lakers on Saturday afternoon. Face-off is set for 1 p.m. on Nipissing Field.
Regular Season
The Nipissing Lakers finished the regular season 6-4 (3
rd), with their only losses coming to the top ranked teams in the CULFA East, McGill (10-8) and Trent (8-2).
Bishop's (5-5) finished 4
th in the East. After a slow start to the season they were able to gain some ground in the standings with a four-game win streak to close out the regular season.
Match up
The Lakers took the only match up 8-4 between the two teams this season. The Gaiters had the 3-2 lead at the half but Nipissing returned with six-goals to pick up the win.

Who to Watch For
Nipissing's Tanner Poole leads the league with 43 points (15 goals, 28 assists). His teammate Scott Dominey is third with 34 points (20 goals, 14 assists).
For the Gaiters,
Xavier Perron (Sherbrooke, Que./) has led the way and sits sixth in the CUFLA standings with 32 points (22 goals, 10 assists).
Baggataway Cup Bound
Up for grabs on Saturday is a Baggataway Cup berth, next weekend (Nov.8-10
th) in Montreal, hosted by McGill.
