LENNOXVILLE, Que. – Sharp-shooting guard
Maude Archambault (St-Augustine-de-Desmaures, Que./Cegep de Montmorency) and dynamic scorer
Ashley Milhomme (Repentigny, Que./Cegep de Montmorency) will be honoured by the Bishop's Gaiters on Saturday night after they play their final RSEQ University Women's Basketball game in Mitchell Gym. Before the ceremony, they first have business to take care of when the Gaiters host the No. 10 Concordia Stingers at 6 p.m.
Last time Out
Bishop's dropped a pair of games last weekend to the juggernaut that is the No.1 Laval Rouge et Or. Laval beat the Gaiters 93-55 in Quebec City and 86-61 in Lennoxville.
Concordia meanwhile tipped off with McGill on Thursday night. The Singers won 63-51 over the Martlets. The win snaps a skid for the Stingers who have now won two straight after dropping four of their previous six games.

Playoff Picture
Concordia is battling McGill for the second spot in the RSEQ while Bishop's still is optimistic of getting into the fourth and final spot despite having just two wins. They are tied with UQAM in the win column but hold a 2-1 lead in the season series with one game left on Feb. 23. It appears that game will be the decisive one to finalize the conference playoff picture.
Super Seniors
Archambault graduates as a three-time academic all-Canadian. She won the Nancy Knowlton team award in her rookie season despite not playing a minute in conference play due to injury. The sharpshooter came to Bishop's from College Montmorency. She is currently leading the team in scoring at 14.4 points per game; that is good for third in the RSEQ.
Milhomme is a former Bishop's University Athlete of the Year and women's basketball Rookie of the Year. That was in her freshman season of 2015-16 when she was also on the RSEQ all-rookie team. The College Montmorency product is averaging 11 points per game this year.
