SHERBROOKE, Que. - The Bishop's Gaiters (1-4-1) tied 2-2 with the Sherbooke Vert et Or (0-4-1) on Sunday afternoon.
Sherbrooke tied it up in the 90
th minute to take the win out the Gaiters hands.
"It was an ugly game, with not a lot of flow for either team," said Head Coach
Paul Ballard. "It was big for us to score early and respond quickly after they tied it up. We have some tough lessons to learn, one being to close out, but I know we will bounce back, learn the lessons we need to and be ready to go next week."
Kayla Kyle (Vaudreuil-Dorion, Que./John Abbott College) was named MVP for Bishop's.
Next Up
Bishop's hosts UQTR (1-2-1) on Friday night at 6 p.m., the match will kick off the Gaiters' Athletics Celebration of Women in Sport weekend.
