LENNOXVILLE, Que. – Back-to-backs against the same opponent is what faces teams in the RSEQ University conference. Bishop's Gaiters women's basketball head coach Craig Norman has set that scenario up for his team in the pre-season as they open their U SPORTS non-conference play with a pair against the University of Toronto Varsity Blues in Toronto.
 
On Saturday, Sept. 28 the teams will tip-off at 1 p.m. and on Sunday, Sept. 29 they play at 1:15 p.m. Both games take place at the Goldring Centre Kimel Family Field House.

Bishop's is 0-11 all-time against the Varsity Blues.

U of T
The Varsity Blues were 6-17 in the OUA East last season and 11-20 overall. They missed the playoffs. Head coach Michelle Belanger is in her 41^st season at the helm of the program.
 
They have not played a game yet this year.
 
Bishop's
The Gaiters are coming off a 2-14 year where the missed the playoffs.
 
They beat the Cegep to Ste-Foy Dynamiques 55-41 last Saturday in Mitchell Gym in their first exhibition game.
