LENNOXVILLE, Que. - The Bishop's University women's hockey team fell to the Montréal Carabins on Sunday afternoon, 4-0, in the final game of the semester.
In the final contest of 2021, the visitors narrowly outshot the Gaiters 26-24 throughout the sixty minutes of play but managed to skate their way to victory. The Carabins had four different scorers in the contest.
Charley Wing (Huntsville, Ont./Mother Teresa C.S.S.) was in net for the Gaiters and made 23 saves for Bishop's.
The loss drops the Gaiters to 3-9-0-0 on the season.
Next Up
The Gaiters will now enter the December break before returning to the ice against the Concordia Stingers in Montreal on January 9, 2022.
