LENNOXVILLE, Que. - The Bishop's Gaiters tied the McGill Martlets 0-0 on Sunday afternoon in RSEQ women's soccer action. The two teams were evenly matched and battled hard throughout the 90 minutes. Both teams had solid opportunities to break the deadlock but, ultimately, the game ended in a scoreless draw. The Gaiters are now 1-1-1 on Coulter Field this season and sit at 1-3-1 in the standings.
Marie-Pierre Beaudoin (Ottawa, ON/John McCrae S.S.) seemed to be in on every play and had a couple of chances to breakthrough for the Gaiters. She was named the game MVP for her efforts.
