The Gaiters lacrosse team traveled to Montreal on Wednesday night, seeking vengeance on a McGill team that beat them at Homecoming. McGill came out hot once again and jumped to an early 2-0 lead. Bishop's battled back and the game sat at 3-1 after one. An explosive second quarter from the Redbirds made the game 6-2 at halftime. The Gaiters were aggressive in the second quarter, scoring 2 while holding McGill to 1. The 4th quarter was dominated by the Gaiters again, with the score being as close as 7-6. A late goal from McGill gave them a comfortable cushion to sit on and all but ended the Gaiters hopes of completing the comeback.
For Bishop's...
...Sebastien Elie was outstanding once again, keeping the Gaiters in the game with great save after great save
…Hank Wulder added a hat-trick to his phenomenal season
...Antoine Tremblay found the back of the net twice himself
