The Gaiters were guests of the McGill Redbirds rugby team for the second time in as many weeks on Saturday afternoon. The semi-final game was also a rematch of 2021's playoff game between the two. A game that was close last year promised to have a similar style, and it did not disappoint. A back-and-forth game was finished off by a penalty kick converted by McGill in the 67th minute to give the Redbirds a 20-18 victory.

For Bishop's...
...Luke Ayoub led the way for Bishop's on offense with 2 penalty kicks, a try and a convert, good for 12 points on the day.
...Caelan Abbott scored what was the go-ahead try in the 54th minute.

That ends the Gaiters 2022 run, who are looking forward to 2023.
