The Gaiters played host to the McGill Redbirds as part of the season-opening doubleheader in Mitchell Gym on Thursday night. A closely played first half had McGill with the lead 38-34. Bishop's came out flat in the 3rd quarter and were down by 10, 56-46, heading into the fourth quarter. The gameplan was sound in the 4th quarter, as the Gaiters exploded offensively for 27 points.
