LENNOXVILLE, Que. – The Montreal Carabins scored on the power play 7:08 into the third overtime to win Game 3  by a final score of 2-1 and win the RSEQ Semifinal series over the Bishop's Gaiters on Sunday afternoon in Lennoxville.
 
The power play was the Carabins ninth of the night and the first one they capitalized on to send the nearly 500 fans in the Jane and Eric Molson Arena home disappointed.
 
Justine Turcotte (Drummondville, QC/John Abbott College) scored the lone Gaiters goal at the 10:02 mark of the first period to even the game. It stayed that way for another 87:06 until Montreal ended it in triple OT.
 
Ericka Gagnon (Quebec City, QC/) was fantastic in nets for the Gaiters. She made 42 saves in the loss including one on a penalty shot in the third OT.
 
Montreal moves onto face the Concordia Stingers in the RSEQ Championship and earns a berth at the U SPORTS Championships in March.
