The official U SPORTS national rankings are out, and the Bishop's Gaiters Men's Basketball team is off to a strong start sitting at the number two spot behind University of Victoria. After a dominant   7-0 preseason run, the Gaiters have claimed the top spot in the RSEQ rankings. The Gaiters have shown they are ready to contend, their ability to win both at home and on the road highlights the depth and consistency of this year's squad.

A standout moment came at the Carleton House Laughton Tournament, where the Gaiters looked unstoppable, winning games by an average margin of 14 points, including a commanding 25-point victory over Carleton.
