Massage therapy is a hands on therapy specializing in manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Massage has been shown to reduce muscle stress and aid in relaxation, relieve postural stress (caused by too much sitting), increase/improve circulation, reduce stress levels and anxiety, decrease duration and severity of tension headaches as well as it can improve overall immune function. Our massage therapists use and blend multiple styles of massage, including Swedish, Lomi lomi, Sports, Deep tissue and reflexology, to create unique therapeutic experiences individualized to each patient.
