After growing up playing lacrosse in Syracuse, NY (LaFayette HS), Rob played university lacrosse at Syracuse University as well as elite level competitive ski racing, and Senior B box lacrosse. Rob went on to coach lacrosse and ski racing at all levels for over 25 years and helped start the Bishop's lacrosse program as a technical adviser. Having coached all levels of lacrosse from five year olds to high school through NCAA D1 UVM (Assistant Coach '97-'98), elite level club lacrosse and junior box lacrosse, Rob's extensive background has served him well coaching and directing the Gaiters. The Gaiters have played in five CUFLA Championship games, and were the first team from east of Toronto to win the Championship (2011)!
