PETERBOROUGH, Ont. – The Gaiters fell 12-11 to the Trent Excalibur in overtime on Saturday night in a CUFLA Playoff action.
With the loss the Gaiters will not advance to the Baggataway Cup.

Coaches Corner:
"We all hate losing and expect to be in championships every year," said head coach Rob Engelken. "We had ourselves in a position to win this game, but a few too many mistakes and penalties cost us. We must remember, we lost to these guys 16-2 just last year. We played them well and could have won it. We will miss our two graduating guys dearly, but we improved and grew a ton this year, and still have a very young group. If we continue to work hard and improve we can only go up from here!"
