SHERBROOKE, Que – The Bishop's University women's basketball team is back on the court in Quebec City on Friday night to take on the No. 6 Laval Rouge et Or. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. 
 
Bishop's Breakdown:
Bishop's (1-1) is coming off an 82-59 loss to the Concordia Stingers last Thursday night in Montreal.  Maeva Dinalle (Paris, France/) led Bishop's with 16 points and 4 rebounds.  In the Gaiters home opener two weeks ago, Bishop's beat UQAM (0-1) 78-61 in Lennoxville.  Edith Noblecilla (Guayaquil, Ecuador/Santo Domingo de Guzmain) led the Gaiters with 19 points; she was backed up by Mara Marchizotti (Buenos Aires, Argentina/) with 16 points and eight rebounds. 
 
Laval Line-up:
The Rouge et Or sit No. 6 in the nation after opening their season with a 58-50 win over the No. 3 McGill Martlets.  Sarah-Jane Marois had 13 points and nine rebounds, while Raphaelle Cote had 13 points.  The U SPORTS championship finalists lost to Concordia (2-0) 55-49 in their second game of the 2017-18 season.  Last year's RSEQ MVP and U SPORTS All-star Jane Gagne had 12 points and eight rebounds in the loss.
