The Gaiters followed up the women's game, taking on a McGill team that they beat at home on Nov. 3rd, 2022. This one was not as close, as the Gaiters trailed by 9 at half after battling some struggles on both ends of the floor. The third quarter was much of the same, as the Gaiters struggled to shoot while the Redbirds seemingly got all the bounces – and capitalized. Bishop's, facing a 14 point deficit heading into the fourth quarter, turned the dial up and started making some big time shots. They slowly chipped away at McGill's lead, coming as close as within 2 points. While the Gaiters outscored the Redbirds 17-8 in the fourth quarter, McGill hung on for a 69-64 win. 

For Bishop's... 
… Charles Robert (Vaudreuil, Que./Suffield Academy) once again led the team in points, finishing with 17in the game 

… Etienne Gagnon (/Cegep de Sherbrooke) continued to be a force in the paint, as he finished with a nice 12-point, 12-rebound double-double 

… The Gaiters out-rebounded McGill 27-19 in this one, including 9-1 on the offensive glass 

Next Up 
The Gaiters will be on the road to start their 2023 run, they'll play at Laval on Friday, Jan. 6th. Tip-off is set for 8pm.
