KINGSTON, Ont. – Down 6-3 at halftime and 7-4 in the fourth quarter, the Bishop's Gaiters rallied to earn their second win of the season on Sunday, a 9-8 victory over the Queen's Gaels in Kingston, Ont. Captain
Antoine Tremblay (Calgary, AB/Central Memorial H.S.) led the way with two goals and two assists.
The win improves Bishop's to 2-5 in the CULFA season while Queen's falls to 3-6.
Bishop's lost 12-7 to Trent on Saturday in Peterborough, Ont. Tremblay scored three times and added an assist in that contest.
Bishop's has a three game week ahead of them to close out the 2023 regular season campaign. They are in Montreal on Wednesday to face the McGill Redbirds (5-2) before hosting Carleton (7-2) on Saturday at 1 p.m. and Ottawa (0-8) on Sunday at 1 p.m. on Coulter Field.
