Laval, Que. – The No. 4 Bishop's Gaiters women's hockey team went toe-to-toe with the No. 2 Concordia Stingers on Sunday at Place Bell, falling 2–1 in double overtime in the Women's University Hockey Classic. 
 
Concordia opened the scoring late in the first period when Jessymaude Drapeau found the back of the net at 16:54. Bishop's answered early in the second period as Naomi Côté scored at 4:54, assisted by Gabrielle Santerre (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC/Champlain College Lennoxville) and Noémie Fontaine, to tie the game 1–1.
 
The teams remained deadlocked through regulation and the first overtime. Bishop's generated 29 shots overall, including six in the first extra frame, while goaltender Éricka Gagnon made 36 saves to keep the Gaiters in contention.
 
The game ended on a Concordia power play in the second overtime when Angelie Jobin scored at 2:49, assisted by Drapeau and Emilie Lavoie.

Les Gaiters poussent le No 2 Concordia en deuxième prolongation à la Classique universitaire de hockey féminin
 
 
Laval, Qué. – 23 novembre 2025 - Les Gaiters de Bishop's, classées au 4e rang national, ont livré un duel serré dimanche à la Place Bell, contre les Stingers de Concordia, No 2 au pays, s'inclinant 2–1 en deuxième prolongation dans le cadre du Classique universitaire de hockey féminin.
 
Concordia a ouvert la marque en fin de première période grâce à Jessymaude Drapeau à 16:54. Bishop's a répliqué tôt en deuxième période lorsque Naomi Côté a marqué à 4:54, avec l'aide de Gabrielle Santerre (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC/Champlain College Lennoxville) et Noémie Fontaine, pour créer l'égalité 1–1.
 
Les deux équipes sont restées à égalité jusqu'à la fin du temps réglementaire et de la première prolongation. Bishop's a dirigé 29 tirs au total, dont six en prolongation, tandis que la gardienne Éricka Gagnon a réalisé 36 arrêts pour garder son équipe dans le match.
