LÉVIS, Que. — The Bishop's Gaiters men's and women's golf teams concluded play at the 2026 Canadian University/College Championship, presented by BDO, held June 16–19 at Club de Golf La Tempête.
 
The national championship, featuring the top university and college programs in Canada, was reduced to 54 holes due to weather interruptions.
 
Team Results
The Bishop's men's team finished tenth overall, while the women's team placed fifth, their best finish in their second appearance.
 
UBC Okanagan captured the men's national title at 19-under par, while the UBC Thunderbirds extended their dominance on the women's side with a ninth consecutive championship.

The group continued Bishop's streak of national appearances, marking the program's seventh consecutive trip to the championship.

The team made its second straight appearance at the championship as a full squad, continuing to build on recent national experience with the fifth place finish.
 
Championship Summary
Individually, the national titles were claimed by Anthony Jomphe of the Montréal Carabins on the men's side and Katherine Hao of UBC on the women's side.
 
The field competed under challenging conditions throughout the week, with weather impacting play across all three rounds.

LÉVIS, Qc — Les équipes masculine et féminine de golf des Gaiters de Bishop's ont complété leur participation au Championnat canadien universitaire/collégial 2026, présenté par BDO, tenu du 16 au 19 juin au Club de golf La Tempête.
 
Le championnat national, réunissant les meilleurs programmes universitaires et collégiaux au Canada, a été réduit à 54 trous en raison d'interruptions causées par la météo.
 
Résultats par équipe
L'équipe masculine de Bishop's a terminé au dixième rang au classement général, tandis que l'équipe féminine a pris le cinquième rang, soit leur meilleur résultat en deux participations.
 
UBC Okanagan a remporté le titre national masculin à moins-19, tandis que les Thunderbirds de UBC ont poursuivi leur domination du côté féminin avec un neuvième championnat consécutif.
