SHERBROOKE, Que. – It's not David against Goliath but it is the Atlantic University Sport's version as the winless Bishop's Gaiters head to Halifax to face the undefeated No.6 St. Mary's Huskies on Saturday, Oct. 6. Kickoff at Huskies Stadium is at 3 p.m. Atlantic time.
Last time out
Bishop's (0-5) is still in search of their first victory of the season. A week ago, they fell 18-10 to the Mount Allison Mounties on homecoming Saturday in Lennoxville.
St. Mary's (5-0) meanwhile continues to rise up the national rankings. A year ago, submersed in controversy, they lost in double overtime in the Loney Bowl to the Acadia Axemen.
Last week SMU survived a back-and-forth contest with the St.FX X-Men, ultimately they scored late in the fourth quarter and grabbed a 27-24 victory in Antigonish, N.S.
We meet again
Saturday will mark the second contest between Gaiters and Huskies. The squads played in Bishop's home opener on Sept. 1 in Lennoxville. A quick start by the Gaiters was all for not as St. Mary's won 42-19.

Mathieu Demers (Lévis, Que./Cégep LImoilou) started at pivot for the Gaiters. He was 8-23 for 124 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.
Defences got involved as well; each team had a pick-6. For St. Mary's, Jordan Angove had two interceptions, and took one back to the house. On the Gaiters side, Nicolas Cartagenise intercepted back-up quarterback Cameron Valardo and ran 82 yards to pay dirt.
