LENNOXVILLE, Que. – The Bishop's Gaiters football team will host the St. Mary's Huskies on Friday evening. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. on Coulter Field.
 
All-Time
The Huskies are 5-0 against the Gaiters since Bishop's joined the AUS in 2017. Prior to that, the Gaiters were 2-2 against St. Mary's in AUS-RSEQ interconference play.
 
Last Meeting
The Gaiters and Huskies met in Halifax, N.S. on Sept. 6^th. St. Mary's came away with a 30-13 victory.
 
Last Week
The Gaiters (3-3) travelled Antigonish N.S. to take on St.FX in the Bigg Bowl. The Gaiters were victorious in the Bigg Bowl for the first time since joining the AUS after defeating the X-Men by a final score of 17-11. The Gaiters were led offensively by quarterback Charles Aubry (Laval, Que./College Lionel-Groulx) who went 22-40 for 252 yards, receiver Nathan Walker (Brampton, Ont./St. Roch C.S.S.) who had eight catches for 110 yards and finished the game with 232 all-purpose yards, and running back Louis-Philippe Gregoire (Jonquière, Que./Cégep de Jonquière) who rushed the ball 19 times for 97 yards.
 
Meanwhile, the Huskies (3-2) were home to the Mount Allison Mounties where they were handed a tough 23-12 defeat. St. Mary's was led by quarterback Joshua Shim who went 7-16 for 93 yards and one touchdown, and receiver Liam O'Brien who caught four passes for 80 yards including the lone Huskies touchdown.
 
Statistically Speaking
Walker leads the league with 1099 all-purpose yards and 29 receptions, and is third in receiving yards with 396.
 
Aubry is second in the league with 1203 passing yards, and third in the league in completion percentage at 57.5%.
 
Gregoire is second in the league in rushing yards with 398 yards.
 
Louve Moussenguet (St-Jerome, Que./Cégep de St-Jérôme) is tied for fourth in the league for tackles with 28, and leads the league with 5.5 sacks. He was named AUS Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against the X-Men.

Prior to the game Bishop's will be honouring graduating seniors Zach Graveson (Sherbrooke, Que./Champlain-Lennoxville), Guillaume Trottier (Lévis, Que./Cégep de Lévis-Lauzon), Maxx Toutant (Winnipeg, Man./St. Paul's H.S.), Trey Wilson-Millings (Laval, Que./Champlain-Lennoxville), Dalton English (Montreal, Que./Champlain-St. Lambert), Charlie Pink (Milton, Ont./Bishop Reding C.S.S.), Nathan Walker (Brampton, Ont./St. Roch C.S.S.), and Rafaël Bouffard-Proulx (Cégep de Lévis-Lauzon).
